Premier Gamefish

Sailfish: The crown jewel of South Florida fishing. These acrobatic billfish put on an incredible aerial show. Peak season: November – April. West Palm Beach is known as one of the sailfish capitals of the world.

Mahi Mahi (Dolphin): Vibrant, hard-fighting, and delicious. Mahi frequent weed lines and floating debris. Excellent action spring through fall with fish ranging from 5-40+ pounds.

Wahoo: Blazing speed and powerful runs make wahoo a prized catch. These torpedo-shaped speedsters are targeted with high-speed trolling. Peak season: November – March.

Blackfin Tuna: Smaller but incredibly strong fighters. Perfect for light tackle action and excellent table fare. Available year-round with peak action in winter and spring.

Yellowfin Tuna: Powerful pelagic predators that test anglers and tackle. Require longer runs to deep water—available from spring through fall, with peak activity in the summer months.

Reef & Bottom Species

Grouper (Gag, Black, Red): Hard-fighting bottom dwellers found around reefs and wrecks. Excellent eating and challenging to land. Size and seasons vary by species.

    Depends on target species and conditions. Nearshore reefs are 1-3 miles out. Blue water fishing can be 5-15+ miles offshore. We go where the fish are!

    Some people are more susceptible than others. Take preventive medication 1 hour before departure, stay hydrated, and focus on the horizon. Most people do fine, especially on calmer days.

    While we can't guarantee catches, our captains work hard to put you on fish. We fish productive areas and use proven techniques. Some days are better than others, but we'll do everything possible for your success.

    Yes, within Florida regulations. Some species have size/bag limits. Sailfish are catch-and-release only. We'll ensure you're fishing legally and can advise on best fish for eating.

    Extended trips allow longer runs to deeper water, more time fishing, and better opportunities for trophy fish. Full day trips are excellent for most anglers and target a variety of species closer to shore.
